You need to have a swimsuit that is placed inside a Ziploc. You just squeeze it to remove excessive water and place inside the Ziploc once you are through swimming. A pair of slippers can be also a break for your feet and is essential especially when your trip includes swimming.
- First aid kit
You should have a small bag to contain basic medicines like pain relievers, for diarrhea, for allergies and other medications depending on what medical conditions that you have.
There is a need to constantly wash your hands. If there is no chance to wash them, you can use alcohol to disinfect your hands. Alcohol � Keep a handy bottle in your bag so you can disinfect your hands when you can�t wash them.
You also need to have some band aids which you can use to cover blisters in your feet or any other open wound you might have.
