Antz in the Park!
It seems that everyone loves to watch movies these days! On August 5th, St. George will be playing “ANTZ” at the Washington City Rec Center (350 N 300 E, Washington) from 9:30-11:30PM. The movie is free for the whole family! This is a great way to spend a Friday night in Southern Utah. Get out there and have a great time before school starts up again!

Snow in St. George?
If you’ve been in Washington City lately, you might have thought it was snowing. But no worries; it’s just the cotton coming from the trees! The Washington County Cotton Days are celebrating the cotton we have here in Southern Utah, from May 7-14, 2011. They have events for all ages Friday and Saturday. Between golfing, fishing, playing games, watching movies, running a 5K and watching fireworks, there will be something for everyone to enjoy!
Come on down to Southern Utah and see what “Cotton Days” is all about, and find out why their slogan is “Honoring our Past; Building our Future”. You can leave your winter coat at home.
